  1. Can I Modify My Order?

We strive to process orders promptly, often within the same day. While we'll make every effort to assist you, once an order is dispatched, changes cannot be accommodated. If your order has not yet shipped, kindly provide your order number when requesting modifications.

  1. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Provided at Checkout

If you realize that you've provided an incorrect or incomplete address during checkout, please reach out to us immediately. If your parcel has not yet been shipped, we can manually adjust the shipping label on your package.

  1. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order without incurring charges, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this 24-hour window, a 15% cancellation fee will apply. Please be aware that orders that have already been dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.

Additionally, it's important to note that there is a non-refundable processing fee associated with every credit card transaction. If you request a cancellation within the initial 24 hours of placing your order, any processing fees from credit card companies (such as PayPal) will be deducted from your refund.
